If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

- Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Final sale/clearance items are not eligible.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email andrew@throughike.com with your order number and request.
- We’ll send instructions and a return label (if applicable).
- After inspection, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We’ll confirm availability and ship the replacement once your return is received.
