If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • Final sale/clearance items are not eligible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email andrew@throughike.com with your order number and request.
  2. We’ll send instructions and a return label (if applicable).
  3. After inspection, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’ll confirm availability and ship the replacement once your return is received.
