Questions
Before you
hit the trail
More answers on the FAQ page.
How do I know it will fit my torso?
Both packs use load lifters and an adjustable harness. Tighten the hip belt over your hip bones, then snug the shoulder straps and load lifters. Message us with your height and torso length if you are unsure.
Is X-Pac waterproof?
The fabric is waterproof and the roll-top keeps rain out of the main compartment. Seams are not taped, so use a liner for your sleeping bag in sustained heavy rain.
Will other MOLLE pouches fit?
Yes. The panel is laser-cut to standard MOLLE spacing, so most MOLLE and PALS pouches attach.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the pack. If it fails because of how we built it, we repair or replace it.
